- $2,500–$5,000+, paid in full before work starts. Two small revision rounds included. Extra work quoted at $175/hour, prepaid.
Care
- Website Care
- $129/month. Hosting, upkeep, two small text or image updates per month.
- Term
- 12-month term. Renews for 12 months unless written notice arrives 30 days before the term ends. Ending early does not wipe the remaining balance.
Add-ons
- Google Business Profile cleanup
- $99 once. You own the listing. We edit as Manager. Later edits $49.
- Citations
- $35 each or 10 for $299
- Domain
- GoDaddy price, held by Triad-Nexus. $75 to transfer in or out.
The site goes live after the first Care payment. Setup and build are paid up front. Cards only. The signed agreement controls.

Google Business Profile cleanup
Create and verify the listing with your own Google account, then add Triad-Nexus as Manager only, never Owner. The cleanup applies to a listing you already own; later edits are $49 per requested update.
